Silver State Schools Credit Union in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Call Center Representative II to deliver outstanding member service by handling calls, emails, texts and chats. This role opens accounts, processes loans, and cross-sells solutions while maintaining compliance and service standards.
You will work full-time, Monday–Friday 7:30 am–6:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am–3:00 pm, headquartered at 630 Trade Center Drive, Las Vegas. Prior call center experience and product knowledge help success.
