Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative supports customers, clinicians, distributors, and internal departments by providing timely and professional service. This position is responsible for processing orders, responding to inquiries, resolving customer concerns, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting company objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, shipments, and account information.
• Document customer concerns, complaints, and product-related issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Shipping, Quality, and Sales to support customer needs.
• Communicate order status, shipment information, and product availability to customers.
• Process returns, exchanges, and replacement requests according to company policies.
• Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Education/

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, CRM systems, or order entry is a plus.
• Must be flexible in schedule and duties.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
A. Indoors, climate-controlled environment.
B. Elevated noise levels, handling of box cutting tools.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
A. Occasional lifting of boxes / packages up to 50 lbs. (Here are some additional physical demands to consider adding:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a workstation.
• Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone.
• Frequent typing and data entry.
