The Dorne Region has an immediate opening for a Customer Support Coordinator in Las Vegas. This full-time, on-site role is a fit for a responsive, organized person who enjoys solving small problems before they become bigger ones.
You will:
- Speak with people exploring health coverage and life-benefit information
- Clarify needs and document important details
- Coordinate follow-up conversations and appointments.
- Keep each client interaction organized and professional.
No previous insurance experience or degree is required. You will receive training, practical examples, and ongoing coaching as you learn the communication and follow-up process. Backgrounds in hospitality, retail, customer support, call centers, fitness, recruiting, and similar roles can be a strong foundation. Training and feedback support your progress in this contractor position.
