Position Highlights

- Work-Life Balance: Monday-Thursday schedule with no weekends and no call
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $170,000-$200,000+ base with quarterly production bonuses and annual quality incentives
- Sign-On & Loan Support: Up to $20,000 in sign-on/relocation plus student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000
- Comprehensive Benefits: 100% employer-paid health insurance, malpractice with tail, 401(k) with 4% match, generous PTO, CME allowance, and more
Qualifications
- Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Licensure: Active Iowa license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience: Prior experience preferred with ability to step into a leadership role
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
