Schedule (days/hours):
Flexible 4-5 day work week!
Responsibilities:
- Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day
- Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support
- Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited school
- Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining)
- Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
- Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates
Compensation:
Earn over $300,000 plus sign-on!
