Infinity Health is seeking a dedicated full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to provide high-quality preventive and educational dental care. In this role, you will deliver exceptional hygiene services, empower patients through education, and collaborate within an integrated care team that supports whole-person health.

This is an opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a collaborative, team-based environment. As a Dental Hygienist at Infinity Health, you will play a key role in preventive care, patient education, and clinical services that promote long-term oral and overall health.

Clinical Expectations

Our Dental Hygienists provide comprehensive preventive and therapeutic care, including:

  • Oral health assessments and periodontal evaluations
  • Prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, sealants, and fluoride treatments
  • Patient education on oral hygiene and disease prevention
  • Accurate and timely clinical documentation

You will also contribute to:

  • Continuous improvement in clinical workflows and patient safety
  • Population health initiatives and preventive care strategies
  • Coordination of care across medical, dental, and behavioral health teams

What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our dental team, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming patient experience
  • Perform comprehensive oral hygiene assessments
  • Provide preventive dental services and periodontal care
  • Educate patients and community groups on oral health
  • Collaborate with dentists and healthcare providers for integrated care
  • Support infection control and safety protocols
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and outreach efforts
  • Assist with clinical and administrative tasks as needed

Education & Experience

Licensure & Certifications
  • Active, unrestricted Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Iowa
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification
  • Mandatory Reporter certification (Child & Dependent Adult Abuse)
