Infinity Health is seeking a dedicated full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to provide high-quality preventive and educational dental care. In this role, you will deliver exceptional hygiene services, empower patients through education, and collaborate within an integrated care team that supports whole-person health.

Clinical ExpectationsOur Dental Hygienists provide comprehensive preventive and therapeutic care, including:
- Oral health assessments and periodontal evaluations
- Prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, sealants, and fluoride treatments
- Patient education on oral hygiene and disease prevention
- Accurate and timely clinical documentation
You will also contribute to:
- Continuous improvement in clinical workflows and patient safety
- Population health initiatives and preventive care strategies
- Coordination of care across medical, dental, and behavioral health teams

As a valued member of our dental team, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming patient experience
- Perform comprehensive oral hygiene assessments
- Provide preventive dental services and periodontal care
- Educate patients and community groups on oral health
- Collaborate with dentists and healthcare providers for integrated care
- Support infection control and safety protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and outreach efforts
- Assist with clinical and administrative tasks as needed

- Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active, unrestricted Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Iowa
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- Mandatory Reporter certification (Child & Dependent Adult Abuse)
