Registered Dental Hygienist - Two Days Per Week

Position SummaryAre you a passionate and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist looking for a flexible opportunity? Join our team and make a meaningful impact on the oral health and overall well-being of our community.
We are seeking a dedicated RDH to provide high-quality preventive and educational dental care two days per week. In this role, you will deliver exceptional hygiene services, educate patients on oral health, and contribute to a collaborative care environment that supports whole-person health.
Location- Primary location:
Osceola - Occasional travel to other dental sites may be required
As a valued member of our dental team, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming patient experience
- Perform comprehensive oral hygiene assessments and document findings accurately
- Provide preventive dental services including prophylaxis, scaling, sealants, and fluoride treatments
- Educate patients and community groups on oral health and disease prevention
- Collaborate with dentists and healthcare providers to support integrated patient care
- Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant patient records
- Support infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach efforts
- Assist with clinical and administrative tasks to support overall clinic operations
- A compassionate professional who values patient-centered care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
- Commitment to maintaining high clinical and ethical standards
- Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with patients and colleagues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Active, unrestricted Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Iowa
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- Current Mandatory Reporter certification (Child & Dependent Adult Abuse)
