Dental Patient Access Representative

Overview

MCMH + Clinics has an opening for a full-time Dental Patient Access Representative. This position will serve as the primary biller for dental claims while supporting front office operations within MCMH's new integrated medical and dental clinic.

• Process and monitor dental insurance claims, verify insurance coverage, and investigate denied claims for possible reprocessing.
• Maintain accurate patient account information and assist patients with billing-related questions.
• Backup for patient access activities, including answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and patient registration.
• Support evolving front office operations as the clinic grows and expands services.

Must be a skilled individual who can prioritize work to accommodate patient flow in a fast-paced setting. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, work independently, and provide excellent customer service. General computer knowledge is required. Prior experience in dental billing, patient access, medical office, or dental office operations is preferred but not required.
