Dual-Trained Pediatric Dental Assistant and Front office when needed
Brand New Private Pediatric Dental Practice
Private pediatric dental office seeking an experienced Dual-Trained Pediatric Dental Assistant to support both administrative and clinical operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist chairside during pediatric procedures
- Taking digital X-rays and assisting with charting
- Sterilization, changing rooms, and maintaining HIPPA
- Insurance verification, claims, and payment collection
- Support scheduling and patient check-in/out when needed
- Insurance verification, claims, and payment collection when needed
Requirements:
- Dental experience in both front and back office (
required
) - Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, etc.)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
Preferred:
- RDA certification
- Bilingual
Schedule:
