We have immediate full‑time openings for CAD Drafters and Designers at our headquarters in Lake View, IA. We are looking for self‑motivated and detail‑oriented people to join our team!

• Develop models and detailed design drawings according to written and verbal specifications.
• Consult with Engineers and Project Coordinators to resolve design problems.
• Ensure that dimensions of equipment are accurately reflected in all designs.
• Create a Bill of Materials based on 3D models.

• Associate degree or certification in Computer Drafting and Design Technology (or a related field) required.
• 2+ years of professional highly proficient 3D modeling experience required, such as Solid Edge or equivalent software.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple assignments/projects with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail.
• Possess excellent organizational skills and ability to meet competing deadlines.
• Balance working in a collaborative work environment with independently completing work tasks/projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
