Architect Position At Samca Inmobiliaria

Samca Inmobiliaria is the strategic business line focused on the investment and development of land of the Group, as well as the management activity linked to the construction of buildings for urban leasing in prime areas of the main cities of Spain and Portugal.

As an Architect, your mission will be to contribute to strategic decision-making on land investment, providing urbanistic support to all the Group's companies.

• You will collaborate in the analysis of the feasibility of urban development projects within the industrial and heritage scope of the Group.
• You will analyze, manage, and classify the urbanistic documentation of the Group's different production centers.
• You will advise the different companies of the Group for the urbanistic procedures that may be required.
• You will drive the administrative management of the Group's urbanistic projects.

Work Team

You will join the Samca Inmobiliaria team located in Zaragoza. This position depends on the responsible architects of the department.

• University degree in a qualifying Master's in Architecture or Superior Architecture.
• Previous experience is not necessary, although we will positively value knowledge or interest in the urban development of land.
• Good handling of AutoCAD, Excel, Presto.
