Project Architect, Technologist or Experienced Part 2 Ayrshire
Due to continued growth, and recent project wins we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and develop their career whilst working on a number of inspiring projects.
We are looking for an ambitious person to help us deliver on a range of varied projects, in the following Sectors:
- Community Buildings
- Residential Developments
- Affordable Housing
- Sport & Leisure
- Industrial Developments
- Visitor Centres
- Whisky Distilleries
We want to speak to highly motivated people who are looking for a genuine opportunity to develop their careers in a supportive and hardworking environment. In addition to this candidates should also have:
- Proficiency in Archicad/Revit experience
- Minimum 3 years practice experience, with the ability to demonstrate meaningful contributions at all RIBA Stages
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work within set timescales
- The ability to communicate well as part of a team with colleagues, consultants and clients
- Strong Design Skills and an ability to convert to technical drawing packages
- Working knowledge of the Planning and Building Warrant system
