Landscape Designer​/Landscape Architect; Design and Sales

Position: Landscape Designer / Landscape Architect (Design and Sales)
Location: Cumming

We are looking for a landscape designer or landscape architect who can design high-end residential projects, build strong client relationships, and close sales. If you enjoy creating custom outdoor spaces and want to see your work built with quality and care, this is a great fit.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients and guide them through the design process
Survey job sites and gather accurate measurements
Create landscape plans, sketches, and renderings
Prepare estimates, proposals, and presentations
Sell high-end residential design and build projects
Collaborate with installation crews during construction
Maintain long-term client relationships and generate repeat and referral work

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture
At least 5 years of professional landscape design experience
Proven ability to sell residential design and build projects
Proficiency in hand drawing, AutoCAD, or Dynascape Software

Experience with estimating and proposal development
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent organization and follow-through

Preferred

Experience with 3D modeling or rendering (Sketch Up or similar)
Landscape construction and project management experience

Compensation and Benefits

Earnings between $75,000 - $130,000. Annual Salary + monthly commission
