Position Overview Serve patients in moments that matter and be a part of the future of health care. SCP Health, a physician-founded and physician-led organization, is seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join the Emergency Department at Greene County Medical Center, a UnityPoint Health affiliate, located in Jefferson, Iowa.

This opportunity offers a low-volume Emergency Department, 24-hour physician coverage, and the opportunity to practice broad-scope emergency medicine while providing inpatient rounding in a community-focused hospital setting.

Clinical & Program Details Patient Volume: 4,000 ED visits annually

Average Daily Census: 4 patients

Qualifications

Education:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Prior Emergency Department experience preferred

Skills:

Broad emergency medicine skill set with comfort managing inpatient rounding responsibilities

Badges: BLS, ACLS (PALS preferred or ability to obtain)
