Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our growing practice. With proximity to Des Moines and neighboring communities, the clinic stands out for its close-knit, community-focused approach to healthcare. Responsibilities- Join a team of one Physician and three APPs
- See an average of 18-24 patients/day
- 4‑day work week
- Serve patients of all ages
- Practice Mix:
Continuity, Pediatrics, Nursing Home - ED/Inpatient coverage optional
- Outpatient lifestyle – friendly call
- Base Salary of $290,000
- Production & non‑production incentives
- $150,000 Commencement Bonus
- CME allowance of $6,000
- PSLF eligible
- 403(b) match
