Board Certified - Required (Interventional Neurology or Neurosurgery) Active IA License or IMLC - Required BLS, ACLS, PALS, APLS, NALS or ATLS - Required COVID Vaccination - Required (Note at time of name clear) MUST be available for majority or ALL of open dates to avoid being redirected - List availability at time of name clear Thrombectomy experience - Required - Must list total years of exp at time of name clear Certification Requirements: ACLS ATLS BLS NALS PALS License Requirements:
