We are urgently seeking a LOCUM or LOCUM TO PERM OB/GYN to provide coverage on an as-needed basis in the Central City, IA area. • Profession: OB/GYN
• Coverage Basis: Locum Tenens or Locum to Perm
• Schedule: 24-hour call (7a-7a) - no clinic coverage needed from locum
• Practice Details:
  • 3 physicians in practice
  • No APP coverage
  • 30% of practice is high-risk pregnancy
  • EMR:
    Cerner
  • Level III Trauma
  • Required procedures listed in attached practice description
  • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 weeks

• Call shifts are 7 am to 7 am the following day
• Weekends:
  Saturday 7 am to Monday 7 am
• Flexibility around the dates may be possible
• Perms are open to adjusting their call schedule for potential locum assistance

• Certifications:
  • Board Certified or Eligible (ABMS or AOA) - Required
  • BLS, Fetal monitoring, ACLS/PALS, Fit testing - Required
• Licensure:
  • IA license or IMLC - Required
• Availability:
  • Must list availability for open dates of coverage
  • Must be available to provide consistent coverage, including weekends
  • Note availability at the time of name clear
• Procedure Comfort:
  • Must be comfortable with procedures listed in the attached practice description
