Location: Nevada
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Total Joints Surgeon to join an established orthopedic surgery program serving a rural community in Nevada. This unique opportunity offers full-scope orthopedic practice, a predictable schedule, and full travel support- without the need to relocate.
Highlights:- Balanced mix of elective and acute orthopedic cases
- Predictable 10 shifts/month providing 24/7 ED orthopedic call coverage
- Shifts selected 120 days in advance
- Fly-in model - licensing and all travel covered
- Hospitalist-supported admissions
- Focus on growing elective volume (total joints, arthroscopy, hand, basic fracture care)
- Onsite clinic with protected OR time
- Established, collaborative surgical team
- $3195 Per Shift
- Full benefits including medical, CME, 401(k)
- Malpractice with tail coverage
- No non-compete
