Locums Primary Care Physician or Nurse Practioner - Iowa
Join a close-knit Iowa rural practice where you can make an impact while enjoying a balanced schedule and supportive team environment.
Highlights- Small Critical Access Hospital (CAH) with low volume and lower acuity
- Full-spectrum Family Medicine: clinic, hospital rounding & nursing home coverage
- Monday-Friday schedule with shared call (1 week every 3rd week
) - Care for pediatric, adult & geriatric patients
- Travel, lodging, rental car & mileage covered
- Active IMLC LOQ physicians encouraged to apply
- Outpatient clinic with daily inpatient rounds
- Preventive care, chronic disease management & acute visits
- Office procedures including lesion removal and laceration repair
- Weekend rounding during assigned call weekends
- MD/DO or NP
- BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Iowa license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS & DEA required
