We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon with total joints experience to join an established orthopedic surgery program serving a rural community in Nevada. This unique opportunity offers full-scope orthopedic practice, a predictable schedule, and full travel support—without the need to relocate.
Highlights:- - Balanced mix of elective and acute orthopedic cases
- - Predictable 10 shifts/month providing 24/7 ED orthopedic call coverage
- - Shifts selected 120 days in advance
- - Fly-in model – licensing and all travel covered
- - Hospitalist-supported admissions
- - Focus on growing elective volume (total joints, arthroscopy, hand, basic fracture care)
- - Onsite clinic with protected OR time
- - Established, collaborative surgical team
- - $3195 Per Shift
- - Full benefits including medical, CME, 401(k)
- - Malpractice with tail coverage
- - No non-compete
