24-hour shifts 8 am - 8 am rotation Six 24-hour shifts per month considered full-time Flexible scheduling available no call responsibility Critical access hospital only CAH with OB still staffed Approx 3,666 annual patient visits all age groups Broad procedural competency required independent stabilization Neonatal and pediatric resuscitation required Trauma, cardiac, neurologic, and respiratory emergencies
