Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to support teachers and enhance the educational experience for students, particularly in special education settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and be skilled in behavior management and effective communication.

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities tailored to individual student needs.
• Support students with special education requirements by providing one-on-one assistance and facilitating their learning.
• Communicate effectively with students and staff to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
• Prepare classroom materials and resources to enhance the learning experience.
• Foster a nurturing environment that encourages social interaction and emotional growth among students.

• Health insurance provided by the district
• 8:00 to 3:30 working day
• $13-14 per hour, depending on experience
