Shared Special Education Workplace Experience Coordinator
OverviewWaverly-Shell Rock Community School District is seeking a dedicated Special Education Workplace Experience Coordinator to develop and oversee inclusive work-based learning opportunities for students receiving special education services. This full-time position will be employed by Waverly-Shell Rock CSD and shared with two local partner districts.
Responsibilities- The coordinator will build partnerships with local businesses, align placements with students' transition goals, support students and employers throughout placements, and ensure meaningful, accessible career experiences.
- Appropriate Iowa BOEE Licensure is required. 5-12 Work Experience Coordinator Endorsement.
