IGNITE POSITION - Student Support
1 FTE Associate
- Provide online student support
- Monitor student attendance and progress
- Serve as the primary point of contact for online students needing academic or behavioral support
- Assist students with navigating learning platforms, accessing resources, and resolving technical issues
- Monitor student progress and engagement, and provide individualized support or referrals as needed
- Facilitate virtual check-ins on academic success
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs and implement interventions
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and support services provided
- Coordinate with IT and student services to ensure seamless access to technology and campus resources
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Travel required on an occasional basis
Reports to IGNITE Principal
Hourly Wage: $16.49
