The Lynnville-Sully Community School District seeks a high school English teacher for and beyond. Candidates must be certified to teach HS English.
Lynnville–Sully Community School District is a small rural public school district in central Iowa that serves the communities of Sully, Lynnville, Searsboro, and surrounding areas in Jasper, Poweshiek, and Mahaska counties. The district operates as a K–12 system with all grade levels located on one campus in Sully. Preschool sites are located in Lynnville and Sully.
Lynnville-Sully is known for its small-town atmosphere and strong community involvement. Because the district is relatively small, students often participate in multiple activities, and families tend to be highly connected to the school system. Community support for athletics, music, FFA, and school events is a major part of the district culture.
