Position: Girls Wrestling Coach Assistant
Location: Graettinger-Terril CSD
Season: Winter Season
Start Date: 2026–2027 School Year
Description: Titan Nation is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to serve as the Girls Wrestling Coach Assistant
. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a competitive girls wrestling program while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth among student-athletes.
- Organize and lead all aspects of the girls wrestling program.
- Plan and conduct effective practices that develop individual and team skills.
- Instruct athletes on proper techniques, conditioning, and safety.
- Promote good sportsmanship and positive representation of the school and community.
- Coordinate schedules, transportation, and communication with the athletic director.
- Ensure compliance with school, conference, and state athletic association regulations.
- Work collaboratively with school staff, administration, and parents.
- Supervise student-athletes during practices, competitions, and team events.
- Previous wrestling coaching or competitive wrestling experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor student-athletes.
- Must hold or be able to obtain required coaching authorization/licensure in the state of Iowa.
- Must complete required background checks and district trainings.
