Job Title: Instructional Coach
The Instructional Coach supports teachers in improving instructional practices to enhance student learning and achievement. This role provides job-embedded professional development, models effective instructional strategies, analyzes student data, and collaborates with school leadership to strengthen teaching and learning across grade levels and content areas.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree required;
Master's degree preferred - Valid teaching certification
- Minimum of 3-5 years successful classroom teaching experience
