The Manson Northwest Webster School District is looking for a Spanish Foreign Language in our 7-12 building. The MNW Jr/Sr High School building is located in Manson, Iowa. We are 30 minutes east from Fort Dodge and about an hour and a half north of Ames.

To facilitate student success and growth in academic and interpersonal skills through implementing district and state approved curriculum; documenting teaching and student progress/activities/outcomes; addressing specific educational needs of individual students by creating a flexible, safe and optimal learning environment at school; and providing feedback to students, parents and administration regarding student progress, expectations and goals.

• Must have good communication skills, be flexible, and patient.
• Strive to build strong and positive relationships with assigned students and families.
• Knowledgeable of the MTSS framework.
• Develops and administers approved curriculum consistent with school district goals and objectives.
• Develops lesson plans to maximize learning opportunities in order to meet the needs of all learners.
• Provides meaningful feedback of student learning, and differentiates instruction to meet individual needs.
• Promotes a classroom environment that is safe and conducive to individualized and small group instruction that are aligned to building and district goals.
• Organizes and maintains accurate records, grades, and reporting for all student activities, achievement and attendance as required by district procedures and applicable laws.
• Continues to acquire professional knowledge and learn of current developments in the educational field by attending seminars, workshops or professional meetings, or by conducting research.

Manson Northwest Webster Community School District (MNW) is located in northwest Iowa and covers parts of Calhoun, Webster, and Pocahontas counties.
