Qualifications:

• Lead the boys golf team while aligning instruction and expectations with the overall golf program philosophy.
• Teach and reinforce golf fundamentals and age‑appropriate strategies to support long‑term athlete development.
• Communicate clearly and build positive relationships with student‑athletes, parents, and coaching staff.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive team environment that promotes athlete well‑being and sportsmanship.
• Foster a positive team culture that values effort, accountability, growth, and teamwork.
• Plan and conduct purposeful practices and prepare athletes for competition in collaboration with the varsity coaching staff.
• Model professionalism and engage in ongoing learning to support player and program success.

Duties: As normally assigned to the position.

Compensation: As per Extra Duty Salary Schedule.
