Qualifications- Must have Secondary Counseling Certification in the State of Iowa
- Conduct individual or group counseling sessions for students
- Build support services to ensure academic achievement for student success
- Work with current counselors and building principal on student and family issues that arise
- Experience in master schedule development helpful but not required
- Experience utilizing electronic scheduling program preferred
- Ability to learn and utilize the electronic scheduling program a must
- Review school wide data to support implementation of the MTSS system for social/emotional growth
- Collaborate with all district counselors and participate in the PLC process
- Possesses the best qualifications
- Presents the strongest interview
- As per the 2026-27 Teachers Master Contract
