Job DescriptionUnion High School in La Porte City, Iowa, is seeking a full-time Activities Director & Student Success Coordinator for the school year. Candidates must hold an Iowa teaching license. The successful candidate will be a supportive leader committed to providing students with excellent opportunities and ensuring success in all extracurricular activities. Salary will be based on qualifications.
Union High School is a 9th–12th grade school with about 300 students, known for strong athletics and fine arts programs. Many students participate in multiple activities and take great pride in our school. The school is located in Cedar Valley near the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area, only a short drive to Cedar Rapids or Iowa City.
Intended interview week of June 22 and completion of hiring process no later than June 30, 2026.
Full‑time position.
