Job Description- Planning and conducting practices, drills, and game-day supervision
- Provides instruction and guidance to student cheerleaders, focusing on skill development
- Observes and analyzes performance of cheerleaders, providing feedback and adjustments in a safe manner.
- Assists with equipment management, inventory, and maintenance.
- Helps organize team travel and logistics.
- Communicates with students and parents in a professional manner to encourage and foster positive motivation with effective communication skills supporting student-athletes
