Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors, especially for Guitar. We do not have a studio in Long Grove, IA, so lessons can take place in the student’s home, your own home or studio, or via webcam. Though most students prefer in-person lessons, we need local instructors willing to host or travel within the Long Grove area.

You will be paid as an independent contractor between $20 and $30 per hour, depending on travel time, experience/education, and student retention rate. You can set your own schedule and create your own curriculum and lesson plans. We handle advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing so you can focus on music.

Requirements include being great with kids, organized, on time, and maintaining good communication with our office. Formal music training is not mandatory, but you must have either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience.

Independent contractor status offers flexible scheduling and freedom in lesson planning.

We manage advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing.
