Salary Range: $2,000 to $15,000 per semester, depending on the number of credits and experience

Fordham Law School invites applications for an adjunct instructor to teach a course in professional responsibility for foreign‑trained LL.M. students. The expected start date is for the fall 2024 semester.

• Provide a holistic introduction to professional responsibility aspects for foreign‑law trained lawyers working in the U.S. or with U.S. lawyers abroad.
• Examine fundamental notions governing the conduct of lawyers in relation to clients, third parties and courts.
• Develop a syllabus using the textbook, ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct, NY Rules of Professional Conduct, and pertinent cases.
• Shape learning objectives for students to master by the end of the course.
• Evaluate and grade student performance, providing constructive feedback aligned with grading curves.

• Juris Doctor degree with expertise in advising lawyers on professional responsibility.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.

The salary range for this job is $2,000-$15,000 per semester, dependent on the number of credits offered, experience and practice area.
