New Hampton Community School District has an opening for a Special Education Facilitator who will play a pivotal role in enhancing the educational experience for both our special education staff and the diverse learners they serve.
You will be an invaluable resource, providing direct classroom support, expert coaching, and ensuring the seamless alignment of curriculum and instruction with state and district standards. Working closely with the Special Education Director.
Responsibilities- Provide impactful direct support and assistance within the classroom
- Facilitate seamless communication and robust collaboration
- Proactively monitor student progress and leverage data‑driven decision‑making
- Actively participate in collaborative meetings
- Serve as a dedicated advocate for our students
- A strong understanding of special education principles, practices, and legal frameworks.
- Proven experience in providing instructional coaching and support to educators.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive and collaborative relationships.
- A deep commitment to the success and well‑being of all students.
