True right-hand man of the Nursery Director, you:
- ensure smooth operation and optimal quality of care
- ensure a safe and individualized environment for each child
- accompany and develop the teams (recruitment, integration, training)
- actively contribute to the pedagogical project and make it come alive on a daily basis
- bring your expertise to the field
Your profile
- Graduated EJE, you like to rally, transmit and evolve practices.

Remuneration & benefits
- Remuneration: 2400/2500 euros gross monthly
