The Sigourney Community School District is in search of a Full-time K-12 Vocal Music Teacher for the  school year. Teaching responsibilities include K-6 general music instruction and 7-12 Choir, Honor Choir, and Music Concerts. We seek a motivated, passionate, student-focused leader with a strong vocal music background for our elementary and secondary Vocal Music Department.

This person will work closely with the Band Instructor in planning concerts. The candidate must demonstrate effective classroom management skills, build positive and strong relationships with students and families, and differentiate instruction and assessment to meet the needs of all learners.

Salary is based on experience and education. Competitive benefits package includes:
