Bosco Catholic School System is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and student‑centered Para Educator to support students with special needs in grades 6 through 12. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to make a direct impact in the lives of students while working within a supportive and faith‑filled PK‑12 school community.

The Para Educator will work closely with classroom teachers and the special education team to support students with individualized education plans. This role focuses on providing academic, behavioral, and social support to help students access curriculum and grow in confidence and independence.

• Support students with special needs in general education and small group settings
• Assist with implementation of individualized education plans and accommodations
• Provide academic support in core content areas
• Help monitor and support positive behavior and social development
• Assist with organization, study skills, and task completion
• Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Model patience, compassion, and strong character for students

• Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
• Ability to build strong, positive relationships with middle and high school students
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible, organized, and dependable
• Commitment to supporting the Catholic mission of the school
