Agent D'animation

The agent d'animation ensures the reception and animation, in all safety, of groups of children, in the context of the after-school time but also in the context of leisure receptions (Wednesdays and school holidays). It designs and implements leisure activities adapted in coherence with the educational project of the service.

1. To be guarantor of the moral, physical and affective security of children - To ensure mediation with the children, manage conflicts and be guarantor of the respect of the rules of life
- To facilitate exchanges and sharing among children
- To arrange the spaces in respect of the rules of hygiene and safety
- To follow the hygiene protocol
- To ensure the link between the child, the family and the school institution
- To accomplish the administrative steps related to the reception and departure of the child (punching)

2. To lead animation projects in the context of the pedagogical project in connection with the territorial educational project - To propose animations, to be a force of proposal
- To put in place a repertoire of varied activities and to renew it
- To implement the animation projects by gathering the necessary means for their realization

3. To integrate, participate and enrich the life of the animation team - To participate in the elaboration of the pedagogical project of the structure
- To participate actively and constructively in team meetings
- To share its knowledge and to open to the knowledge of the others

• Holder of the BAFA or equivalent diploma
• Knowledge of the regulation of animation
• Knowledge of the public 6-11 years: needs of the young, problems, resources…
• Rules of hygiene and safety
• Organization and anticipation of its activity
• Adapt its communication and its behavior according to the public
• Permit B + experience for driving minibus

Art. L332-8 disposition 2 of the general code of the public service - A contractual may be recruited on this position for the needs of the services or by the nature of the functions when no candidacy of a public servant has succeeded.
