Educational Youth Animator

The educational youth animator provides educational and pedagogical support for the development, schooling, and leisure activities of children aged 3 to 15 years by:

• Participating in the animation of after-school times for kindergarten and primary school students, and in the collective reception of minors during the opening of the leisure center.
• Participating in the distribution, service, and accompaniment of children during meals.
• Ensuring the moral, physical, and emotional safety of children and maintaining relationships with families.
• Participating in the development of children's activities through the implementation of animation projects and pedagogical approaches.
• Participating in the operation and enriching the life of the animation team.

Knowledge of active listening techniques in communication and animation. Mastery of the legislation governing the field. Meticulous. Able to demonstrate adaptability. Autonomous.

Art. L332-8 provision 6 of the General Code of Public Service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position because it is a specific position in a small community. The proposed contract may not exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
