Job DescriptionBosco Catholic School System is seeking a passionate, faith-filled, and student-centered educator to join our elementary team. This position is anticipated to serve in Grade 5 for the school year, although the final assignment will be based on school needs and the strengths of the successful candidate.

Position OverviewThe Upper Elementary Teacher will create a positive, engaging, and structured learning environment that fosters curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning. Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, standards‑aligned instruction.

- Use assessment data to guide instruction and support student success.

- Model professionalism, servant leadership, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
- Valid Iowa teaching license (or ability to obtain licensure).
- Elementary teaching endorsement.
- Practicing Catholic preferred, or a willingness to actively support the mission and values of Catholic education.
- Strong classroom management and relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and student success.
