Future Care offers a CNA training path in Iowa, with on-site learning and hands-on mentorship. Trainees will be assigned an experienced mentor, receive classroom and clinical instruction, and progress toward certification while working toward a full-time role.
Training salary is $15 per hour, with on-site sessions Monday–Friday 3p–9p and eventual full-time hours including every other weekend 3p–11p at Future Care facilities.
