Baxter Community School District operates on a 4 day school week. We are looking for a long term sub for third grade teacher. The term is September 11 through November 6. The candidate must be a team oriented, goal minded individual with a positive attitude. A competitive salary and great working environment is offered.

Baxter Community School District is a PK-12 school uniquely and proudly housed in one building with approximately 430 students. It sits in a growing community of approximately 1600 people. Baxter Iowa is centrally located amongst Des Moines, Newton, Marshalltown, and Ames. The district boasts a brand new high school; the elementary wing was built in 2006; and the middle school recently updated.
