• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Valid Iow teaching certification for middle school math
• Previous teaching experience preferred but not required
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Develop and implement engaging math lessons aligned with state and national standards
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
• Assess and track student progress, providing timely feedback
• Foster a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student success
• Incorporate technology and interactive learning strategies into lessons
• Participate in school events, professional development, and extracurricular activities as needed
