Job DescriptionThe Elementary Special Education One-on-One Associate provides individualized support to a student with special needs throughout the school day. This position assists the student in accessing the general and special education curriculum, following classroom routines, and developing academic, behavioral, and social skills. The associate works closely with the classroom teacher, special education staff, and related service providers to implement accommodations, behavior plans, and instructional strategies as directed.
Responsibilities may include supporting academic tasks, monitoring behavior, assisting with transitions, and helping ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
