Position Specific Description

Next Era Energy Nuclear is seeking a dynamic I&C Maintenance Instructor Sr to lead cutting-edge nuclear training programs at our Duane Arnold Energy Center in Palo Iowa, with corporate support from our Jupiter, FL headquarters. You will oversee world-class maintenance training that impacts our entire nuclear fleet, delivering instruction both on-site and remotely using advanced technology. • Develops, delivers and improves assigned training courses, supporting materials and instructor/student evaluations using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)
• Revises instructional materials to reflect changes in plant design, current plant practices, regulations, and/or operating philosophies
• Provides direction and coaches less-experienced instructors
• Serves as the training program lead to ensure all elements of assigned instruction comply with company standards, NRC regulations, INPO accreditation criteria, and other codes, standards and regulatory requirements
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
