DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Collaborate with automation team members to maintain and support automated material handling systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical control systems and machine operations.
- Write, modify, and debug safe and effective control programs that meet customer and company requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues impacting equipment performance.
- Assist with system commissioning and operational testing.
- Maintain quality standards for equipment prior to shipment.
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of electrical experience
- Knowledge of electrical practices and safety standards
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and office software skills
- Ability to travel as required
- Associate degree in Electrical Technology, Robotics Technology, or related field
- 4+ years of electrical or automation experience
Experience or exposure in one or more of the following areas:
- Controls systems (VFDs, PLCs, HMIs — Allen-Bradley or similar platforms)
- Robotics systems
- Electrical systems and wiring
- Mechanical systems
- Competitive hourly wage: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour, based on experience
