You want to succeed in a group with a decentralized structure that prioritizes autonomy and responsibility.

Under the responsibility of a project manager, your duties will include:

• You ensure the management and completion of masonry, formwork, rebar, and concrete work, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• You participate in the preparatory phases of the project.
• You supervise teams of varying sizes depending on the project.
• You monitor the progress of the work in accordance with the schedule while seeking cost optimization.
• You produce project reports for your superior.

To give you some examples, we are currently working on the main structure of the fire station in Cherbourg, the early childhood center in Beaumont Hague, and the construction of a multi-purpose hall in Castine en Plaine.

• You have specialized training in building main structures and have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• You have a sense of teamwork and the ability to lead and motivate your teams.
