Overnight Grease Service Technician

Core Responsibilities:

• Service customer grease traps and interceptors at commercial sites.
• systems.
• Utilize dispatching software for routing, to take photos, logging customer issues, and completing job notes.
• Accurately measure grease traps and interceptors during service visits.
• Submit all required paperwork, including job reports and customer payments, to the office at the end of each shift.
• Provide feedback on route efficiency and opportunities for service improvement.
• Operate company vehicles in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety policies.

• Current Valid Class B CDL
• Reliable transportation to and from WSI’s central office location in Des Moines.
• Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record Check (clean driving record preferred).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Proven ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of productivity and safety.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Basic understanding of plumbing or wastewater systems is a plus but not required – training will be provided.
