• Support the estimating and bidding process, setting pace for the project.
• Interpret project specifications and design plans.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to provide timely insight and consultation.

• Bid preparation or related experience.
• Familiarity with estimation software such as Plan Swift.
• Understanding of waterworks systems.
